Beloved
Beloved Child,
You are precious in the eyes of your Creator. You were no accident or mistake, but you were placed here on purpose and full of purpose. Your life is a beautiful fragrance, and I find joy in the melody your life sings to me. Oh, my child, I adore you. You are not too much, and certainly not too little. I choose you- from the beginning of time I have chosen you. You don’t have to be like anyone else, because I’ve created you unlike anyone else. You are unique, one of a kind, custom made- don’t allow comparison and lies to take the center stage of your mind. You are more than enough to me. Let that truth put your doubts and insecurities to rest. I have my eyes on you, and my ears are open to you. You have my attention- that will never change. I’m not far away, I’m not too busy, I’m not unconcerned. I’m right here. I’m holding your heart and your hands as I’m carefully preparing you for the promises I have in store for you. Trust in my words, because I will never fail you. Beautiful daughter, you are loved.
I shared these words on my social media several months back. I was spilling out my heart to the Lord, quickly and tearfully filling out the pages in my journal, when I heard the Lord say, “It’s my turn to speak” and these are the words that came forth. He so sweetly replaced every enemy lie with His unshakable truth. As we enter into this month of love, I invite you to stop and reflect on Heavenly Father’s love for you. It is extravagant and endless, it knows no bounds, and will never run out. He chose you, He knows you, He adores you. His love for you is incomparable to any other out there, and absolutely nothing can separate you from that perfect love (Romans 8:38-39). You don’t have to strive or perform to get His attention. You can’t earn your way into His heart, because you already have a space there. Maybe you feel like you’ve taken a wrong turn or you’ve veered off the path, too far gone. Maybe you’ve taken His love for granted, or never even recognized His love for you. Whatever it may be, I hope to encourage you today that He wants to connect with you. He wants to be in union with you. That thought can be hard to grasp, but is very much the truth- the Creator of the universe wants YOU- not just part of you, but every part of you. I invite you to take time today to connect with Him, whatever that looks like for you- prayer, scripture reading, worshipping, etc. just take some time to spend with Him and let His love wash over you.
